These Terms and Conditions govern access to and the purchase of products provided by Bodega ENATE to the user through its website, constituting the legal framework for the contractual relationship. ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY:
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship arising from the contracting processes formalized by Users through the Bodega ENATE website. Users expressly accept full and unreserved adherence to these stipulations, in the version published on the Bodega ENATE website at the time the User initiates a contracting procedure for the product and/or content in which they are interested. Therefore, the User agrees to carefully read the terms and conditions of purchase each time they purchase a product, as these may have been modified since their last access.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the User declares:
1. That they are a person with the legal capacity to enter into contracts and of legal age.
2. That they have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
The User will always have access to the terms and conditions of purchase prior to initiating the product purchase process, and these terms and conditions may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
Enate Winery may modify these stipulations whenever there is sufficient cause or reason to do so. It is understood that there is sufficient cause or reason for the modification, including but not limited to, when its purpose is to:
Expand the range or number of products made available to Users or improve existing ones.
Modify, replace, or update the prices of the products offered through the Website when deemed appropriate and making this visible on the Website.
PAYMENT METHOD:
The prices and rates applicable to the user’s contracting of services will be those listed on the Website owned by Viñedos y Crianzas del Alto Aragon S.A.. www.enate.es, at the moment the user accesses the specific service and begins the contracting process.
Prices and Applicable Taxes:
The applicable prices are those shown on the website at the time the customer places their order. The price of the products shown on the website includes the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) for each product.
SHIPPING METHOD:
1. Delivery Area
The sale of Bodega ENATE products is available in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) as well as France, and delivery times are set between 2 and 3 business days from the date the order is placed. The delivery period begins counting from 9:00 AM on the next business day following order confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within the Iberian Peninsula. Prices include VAT.
The rates detailed in this section include, in addition to the transport of the requested products, their packaging in boxes specially designed for transporting bottles.

TERMS OF SALE:
Prices and texts published on the website www.enate.es are subject to change without notice, including technical specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the merchandise delivered.
In the case of ticket purchases for the ENATE Winery Visit, in any of the offered formats, tickets cannot be refunded 24 hours before the reservation. The User will be guided through the process to follow for entering into the contract, as well as for identifying and correcting the data they have provided.
